    A Upon successful placement of order, you will receive a confirmation via email and text message

    A We accept payments via bank deposit (BDO, BPI, Metrobank), GCASH, PayPal and Paymaya.
  4. Q 4. How long does it take to process my order?
    A Kindly give us 1-2 working days to process your order for ship out. Rest assured that product/s are checked and packed securely.

    A We use Lalamove and J&T for our deliveries.
  2. Q 2. How long does it take for my package to arrive?
    A 1. Lalamove offers SAME DAY DELIVERY SERVICE for Metro Manila areas.Orders received beyond 2:00PM will be processed the next day.

Warranty

Warranty Health Guard products come with a ONE (1) year warranty for service and parts and three (3) months for the bulb. The warranty however does not cover unusual wear and tear, damage resulting from accident, unauthorized repairs, and products that have been removed of its serial number.

RETURN

We offer a 7-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received. Must be unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide receipt or any proof of purchase .                 

To file for a return, kindly follow the steps below:
