Please take note of the following:
1. Upon payment, please send us a copy of the transaction slip via email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
2. Your order will be shipped a day after you have made payment. This is to give us ample time to prepare for the orders and double check them before shipping out.
3. We will send your waybill/tracking number via SMS so please check your inbox.
4. If you have not received your package within the time frame, please let us know so we may assist you.
5. Delivery within Metro Manila normally takes 1-2 working days while Provincial areas take 3-5 working days. Please know that courier companies experience delays which are beyond our control.
6. We ship all packages via Yilinker Express and they forward Provincial packages to either LBC or 2GO.
7. Our office operates from Mondays thru Fridays, 9am-6pm. Orders paid for on a Friday will be shipped out on Monday. Inquiries sent after office hours may not be responded to.
